What is Diastasis Recti?! And what to do if you have it!


This is really common during pregnancy and postpartum!

During pregnancy our abs separate to some degree to allow for our growing baby - over half are abnormally wide at 8 weeks postpartum, some have recovered by 6 months (approx 60%) - but many have not healed by even 1 year.
