Hi, I’m Lisa

Certified Pre and Postnatal Coach and Personal Trainer

I'm a mum of one little boy, based here in beautiful New Zealand.

I have been coaching for over 18 years, instructing a range of fitness styles from bootcamp, CrossFit, aerobics, pilates/yoga and pre and postnatal. 

SAFE and EFFECTIVE training for MUMS (no matter how old your kids are!) is my absolute passion and I can't wait to share this journey with you.

  • Suitable for ALL trimesters and all fitness levels. 

  • Entirely low impact.

  • The perfect mix of pelvic floor work, pelvic stability work (hips) and chest opening/back strengthening work.

  • Suitable for pelvic floor dysfunction and diastasis recti.

Easy to follow videos that you can work through at your own pace. 

Short 10-30min sessions, using a chair or Swiss ball.

Christchurch group classes - 45min sessions.

Supportive group environment, fun and friendly.

Babies and children are welcome.

$15 NZD class. Booking is essential, payment must be made prior to class.

POSTPARTUM

  • Suitable for ALL stages of postpartum recovery (no matter how old your kids are!).

  • In depth pelvic floor work, lower abs and butt muscles. 

  • Suitable for Pelvic floor dysfunction and diastasis recti (ab separation).

  • Strengthen hips and knees and reduce/alleviate back/hip pain.

An ONLINE comprehensive 6 week program for postpartum CORE recovery.

3x easy to follow videos each week, SHORT 10-20min sessions that are manageable and achievable.

All exercises are demonstrated and explained as if you are right there in a class with me.
