Group Fitness - Bootcamp
Bootcamp, Monday nights in WIGRAM. 6.05pm-6.50pm on the field beside the Harvard Community Lounge, Corsair Drive.
We mix bodyweight training and equipment to get in a FULL body workout - HIIT based. Options for common physical limitations such as back/hip pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, sore wrists/knees and core weakness. Fun, social and EFFECTIVE!
COST - $15 casual class, OR $99 for 10 weeks (with 11 weeks to use them in).
Group Fitness - Pre and Postnatal
Pregnancy and Postpartum, Classes in PAPANUI and HALSWELL.
We mix bodyweight training and pilates to get in a safe FULL body workout - with a focus on CORE STRENGTH and FUNCTION, including pelvic floor, lower abs and butt muscles.
SAFE options for common physical limitations such as back/hip pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, sore wrists/knees and core weakness (including Diastasis Recti). Fun, social and EFFECTIVE!
Babies and children are very welcome to come along.
COST - $15 casual class, OR $99 for 10 weeks (with 14 weeks to use them in).
