Who is this training suitable for?

There are 2x BOOTCAMP (bodyweight / light weight workouts)

and 1x PILATES/STRETCH per week.

These workouts are easy to follow and suitable for ALL FITNESS LEVELS and most physical limitations, such as back/hip pain, sore wrists/sore knees, pelvic floor dysfunction.

You work at YOUR OWN PACE and do not have to keep up with my movement speed. LOW IMPACT options for EVERYTHING. 

If you are a POSTPARTUM mum or have CORE WEAKNESS - including pelvic floor dysfunction, ab separation, back/hip pain or a lack of glute strength - I always recommend completing my online CORE RECOVERY 6 week program before starting our other online courses. It is really important not to rush back in to exercise and FOCUS on healing our CORE. We go over pelvic floor work, deep core and breath connection in much more depth - and it will help you to ease back in slowly and feel completely confident staying at your pace, with the modified options.

When does the 8 Week Challenge start?

Will there be MEAL PLANS to follow?

The aim of the nutrition component in this challenge is to help you feel confident about your food decisions and ultimately trust yourself more! We focus on HOW to eat, rather than obsessing over what to eat - keeping this very real life and allowing you to stop FOCUSING on "good" and "bad" foods and get off the diet roller coaster!! We take in to account the importance of social connection through eating, and don't just consider food as fuel. 

There will be recipe ideas, including snacks and meals, but not a STRICT meal plan - the idea being that meal plans set us up for unrealistic pressure.

How will MINDSET help me achieve my goals?

Mindset is all about creating positive thoughts and positive habits to help us live a healthy and fit lifestyle EFFORTLESSLY!! 

This is a KEY component, often over looked in other programs.
