WORKOUTS

2x BOOTCAMP

25-30min workouts, using EFFECTIVE training to maximise your time!!!

Always varied, but sure to leave you feeling the burnnn... no matter your fitness level!

Low impact and low core options to keep these workouts SAFE and SUITABLE for common physical limitations, including pelvic floor dysfunction, back/hip pain, sore wrists/knees and ab separation.

Using body weight and light weights, so you can do these sessions anywhere!

1x PILATES/STRETCH

20-25min sessions, with a focus on CORE including abs butt muscles and hips. Balanced with lovely stretches for the whole body!

1x CHALLENGE of the week!

Mini workouts to keep you CHALLENGED!! They can be anything from core burners, cardio bursts, to balance tests. As always, there are lots of options to keep these ACHIEVABLE for all levels.
