How it works:
3x SHORT, EFFECTIVE workouts per week.
You commit to 3 SHORT workouts per week. These are 20-30 minutes each.
YOU CAN fit these in to a busy lifestyle, this is your chance to do it.
There are options for BEGINNERS or those with physical limitations, such as back/hip pain, sore knees/wrists or pelvic floor dysfunction (1 in 3 mums have this) so the training is SAFE.
What to eat - without calorie counting.
Access to an optional meal plan - this is a straight forward menu that takes out the guess work. This is designed to give you ideas on what serving sizes look like, and how to balance food (protein, carbs, fat).
