Join me as I do a 4min workout at home!!*

This one targets the glutes!! The top/mid part, the underneath and the sides!

I'm a certified Pre and Postnatal coach (GGS), a registered 'Pelvic Floor Safe Fitness Professional' (Incontinence NZ), a qualified PT and Group Fitness Instructor with over 10 years experience, and I'm a busy mum of a two year old!

*As always, during pregnancy and postpartum you must have clearance from your health care professional to participate in any workout. If you experience any symptoms (such as pain, heaviness, leaking, dizziness, headaches, tingling in legs, nausea, or anything you are concerned about) please stop immediately and seek professional advice. Some women find lying on their back during pregnancy uncomfortable or experience symptoms - if this is the case please skip the glute bridge and glute bridge pulse.

Rangiora - Wednesday 10.45am-11.30am, 355 High St.

Lincoln - Thursday 9.15am-10am, 126 East Belt.

Papanui - Thursday 10.45am-11.30am, 460 Papanui Rd.

Upper Riccarton - Saturday 12pm-12.45pm, Library.
